1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

• Pre-Service Disagreement: If there is a disagreement regarding the scope of work or service details before any work has started or any design has been created, a refund may be issued. Requests for refunds under this condition must be made within 48 hours of payment.
• Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the stipulated time frame, and there has been no communication or alternative resolution, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

• Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind about the service after work has commenced.
• Dissatisfaction with Final Output: Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the final output if the work was completed according to the initial agreement and scope.
• Late Requests: Requests for refunds made after work has begun or if the service has been delivered in accordance with the agreement will not be considered.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Request: Send an email to billing@dentagram.net with your request for a refund, including details of the issue and supporting documentation if applicable.
2. Review Period: We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
3. Decision and Processing: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
